With a wealth of legal knowledge and experience, over 250 closed transactions, and 50+ units under management, Michael adeptly navigates the intricacies of law, sales and management, offering clients unparalleled real estate support and guidance.
Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western State College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Before attending law school, Michael received his undergraduate degree from University of California, San Diego where he played D1 water polo, and as a member of UCSD Triathlon team, he earned All American Honors. While attending law school, Michael was recruited to Law Review, and received top of his class in Torts I, Torts II, Evidence I, Evidence II and Trial Practice.
As a litigation attorney with extensive experience practicing real estate law and negotiating contracts, Michael offers an unrivaled position of power to Libutti Realty Advisors’ clients in all residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Before working in real estate, Joseph attended California State University - Long Beach majoring in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Joseph began his involvement in the real estate industry by assisting with large-scale transactions, making valuable network connections, and improving his real estate market knowledge. He is ambitious and continuously proves to be a strong asset for buyers and sellers alike. His commitment and diligence to his profession ensure he will not stop until his client’s needs are met.
